Young Person’s Support Worker Required
Location: NottinghamshireDuration: Temp to Perm
Hours: 37.5
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting young people sustaining tenancy
- Referring service users to relevant services
- Offering move on skills to tenants
- Liaising with external agencies and professionals including social workers and housing providers
- Assisting young people become more integrated into the community
- Preparing young people to live independently by assisting with cooking, cleaning and budgeting
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience is a relevant role
- Enhanced DBS
