We’re currently in search of a Café Manager who shares these values and will champion them at our two venues Neighbours and Nightingale at 1 Hotel Mayfair. The succesful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team.Who strives to be a leader second-to-none, knows how to motivate a team, elevate standards, and cultivate an environment for learning as we all continue to grow. We’re looking for a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions.
Most important, someone who’s not afraid to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome.

Qualifications:
About you...- Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of café operations and is up to date with current high street trends.
- Strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to work any 5 days out of the 7.
