Your new company is a manufacturing company looking for an experienced customer service administrator who is fluent in German to join their team.

Your new role will see you providing timely and efficient solutions for business customers to increase their understanding of all products and assist them in finding the best solution for their applications offering world-class customer service.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing. Excellent written/verbal communication skills as well as active listening and problem-solving. The ability to multitask, prioritise, and self-manage time along with experience using MRP and CRM systems.
