This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional teacher to use their abilities and knowledge, to work alongside the Director of Learning (Key Stage Lead) and Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral) in the development of both pastoral and academic oversight of a year group.

The successful candidate will work with the Senior Leadership Team to track the progress of students and help ensure any barriers to learning are addressed in an effective and timely manner.This post would suit a colleague looking to make their first step into pastoral leadership, or a more experienced leader looking for a new challenge.
The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent teaching in their subject area. The post is open to teachers with any subject specialism; however, applications are particularly welcome from teachers of English, Maths, Science and French.Applicants should be able to demonstrate why they feel this position is well suited to their skills and abilities.
