Reed is supporting a dynamic national law firm with the hire of a Legal PA to join on a part time, permanent basis in Central Bristol.

Seeking a candidate to work 21 hours per week, flexible on how you work those hours across the working week. Offering hybrid working, with 2 days to be office based.

The role offers a dynamic work environment where you will support high-level stakeholders within the legal sector. We are looking for PA experience from either a legal or professional services setting, and will have exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary:

£29,000 - £31,000 full time equivalent (£17,400 - £18,600 pro rata)

Day-to-day of the role:

Coordinate multiple complex email inboxes and busy diaries, proactively managing time and priorities to align with individual and firm objectives.

Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Provide effective gatekeeping to senior executives, focusing on forward planning and scheduling to anticipate needs, manage busy periods, and address changing priorities.

Support legal document production and amendments, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to house style.

Manage and coordinate travel itineraries and expenses, including booking trains, flights, and accommodation.

Schedule and facilitate meetings and appointments, prepare papers and agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes as needed.

Undertake additional responsibilities to meet business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in previous PA roles, preferably managing complex and confidential diaries and emails for multiple senior-level stakeholders.

Experience in a legal environment is beneficial but not essential.

Exceptional time management and attention to detail.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work proactively, think ahead, and multitask in a fast-moving environment.

Strong organisational skills and confidence in decision-making.

Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in Teams and SharePoint. Understanding of iManage or similar document management systems and document compare platforms is advantageous.
