- Provide emotional, practical, and administrative support to residents.
- Assist with housing searches, applications, and tenancy management.
- Ensure resident safety and security, following hostel/housing policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety plans.
Essential Criteria:
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Desirable)
- Experience in housing or homelessness support
- Knowledge of local support services
