Position Recruitment Consultant

• Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients understand their needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions
• Market Research Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand our network and influence in the DACH region
• Negotiations Conduct salary negotiations and manage the entire recruitment process through to successful placement

• Education A degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Personality Strong communication skills self-motivation and a high level of ambition to succeed in a sales-driven environment
• Experience Some experience in recruitment sales or a client-facing role is a plus but not required
