What we’re looking for:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly formed, high-energy team focused purely on the food and beverage side of the business.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, crafting compelling proposals, and helping us win premium event catering opportunities - both in our venues and at unique external locations.

You’ll need a real love for food, drink, and hospitality, a sharp commercial mind, and the confidence to present creative ideas to discerning clients. From intimate tastings to large-scale corporate events, you’ll help ensure Camm & Hooper is the go-to name for bold, beautiful, and unforgettable culinary experiences.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Manage and convert inbound enquiries for premium catering and hospitality services, ensuring fast and creative responses.
  • A pro-active approach to outbound sales meeting and presenting to potential clients for our delivered in service.
  • Support the Senior Sales Manager in building a robust pipeline across corporate, private, and agency clients.
  • Create well-crafted proposals and event briefs that capture the spirit and creativity of Camm & Hooper’s food and beverage offerings.
  • Collaborate with chefs, beverage teams, and event managers to tailor menus, experiences, and quotations for each client.
  • Represent Camm & Hooper at tastings, supplier showcases, and hospitality events.
  • Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Support broader sales initiatives, activations, and new business development campaigns as needed.
  • Stay constantly curious learning about menus, trends, and innovations that can help surprise and delight our clients.

What you’ll need to have:

  • 2–3 years of sales experience in hospitality, catering, or premium events.
  • A genuine passion for food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to support fully costed proposals and event budgets.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and menu suggestions to clients and partners.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a bonus.
  • A proactive, positive attitude—you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
