Your new role
In this role, you will provide technical expertise and manage a diverse portfolio of tax advisory projects, taking on significant client responsibility and contributing to strategic workflow planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and manage tax projects.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate fees, and scope jobs.
- Work with business owners on trusts/estates and capital tax planning.
- Manage a client base with an average turnover of £2-20 million.
- Demonstrate growth interest and ability to win new work.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Offer comprehensive mixed tax services and business advice, with a focus on Private Client matters
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet deadlines.
- Support high-impact advisory projects.
- CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Prior Mixed Tax experience in a practice environment including exposure to Private Client
- Strong knowledge of tax advisory and project management.
- Exposure to multiple sectors, particularly owner-managed businesses, preferred
- Experience of managing and coaching team members
