We are looking for flexible and resilient people to work across all locations in Devon to provide person-centred care for people in residential homes and in their own homes.

You need to be prepared to assist with a wide variety of tasks, which could include personal care, medication, carrying out clinical observations, assisting with nutrition, drinking and washing, completing paperwork and reassuring the people you are supporting and their relatives.

Ability to communicate effectively, Compassionate nature, Courageous and resilient at a time of uncertainty and change, Relate easily to people, Commitment; this is not for the faint-hearted.

Requirements:
You will need to quickly complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (safeguarding) and Right to Work in UK checks.
You will be given FREE essential training, which you must complete.
Some roles require a driving licence.

Depending on your role, you may be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
