Housing Customer Service Officer needed in SE London
The rate is £16.53ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be managing the reception - Working 8-4 Monday to Friday, required in the office 5 days per week.
They should have knowledge of social housing and experience using the CRM system (Civica) to record all interactions with residents
Responsibilities will include answering emails/phone calls, attending drop in sessions, being the first point of contact so good customer service skills are necessary and handling queries such as repairs from residents.
