As a Maintenance Lead, youll be part of the 3-person Line StructureManagement Team. A maintenance lead role in an integrated work system (IWS) is
responsible for reducing maintenance and breakdown losses while maintaining a
deep understanding of the relevant engineering and technology.
What it IWS? Intersnack Work Systems is our approach to improvingmanufacturing reliability, reducing costs, and increasing productivity. It is
based on two principles: drive to zero losses and 100% employee ownership

- _Owning the Progressive Maintenance (PM) system_

In order to be successful in the role, you’ll need certain skills, experience
and knowledge, including:
- HNCHND or Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Continuous Improvement (CI) experience & utilising Lean tools and techniques
- Proven strong engineering and problem-solving skills
- Preferably (food) manufacturing experience
