Construction Project Manager

We have registered a Freelance Construction Project Manager vacancy with an established Main Contractor for Residential Development in Bristol.

Your new role

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing delivery of the scheme and Sub-Contractor performance to quality / safety standards.
• Management and execution of the programme, with a full awareness of weekly targets.
• Maintaining Quality Control procedures, ensuring all ITP's are recorded.
• Developing a strong relationship with the operational team and key stakeholders.
• Controlling costs within agreed budgets.
• Ensuring the successful delivery of the scheme on time, in line with the programme.

• Main Contractor working history is essential.
• Experience in Residential Development is essential.
• Experience of Modular construction is beneficial.
• Must have Cladding facade experience.
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Proficient at using Project Management Software.
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

• Freelance role running until November 2025
• ASAP Start
• Up to £500 p/d (Inside IR35).
