As a Production Operator, you will be an integral part of our team, rotating across various functions within fibre-pulping machinery operations. You’ll help ensure our plant meets high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machinery to support fibre pulping production.Uphold strict health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Collaborate with continuous improvement teams.
This role requires shift work, including nights and weekends, so flexibility is essential.
What We’re Looking For:
Motivated Team Player: We want someone eager to learn and thrive in a team environment.Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential – we provide extensive training.
Skills: Time management, organisation, and communication are key. Familiarity with Lean principles and 5S will give you a head start!
