Medical HR Coordinator (Job Planning and Revalidation)

Job Summary The post holder will help to support the medical workforce across all aspects of their terms and conditions, including appraisal, revalidation, job planning, and will administer the IT systems that support this. Currently PReP in Portsmouth and RL Datix (Allocate) in the Isle of Wight.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for all issues relating to medical appraisal and revalidation and the current electronic appraisal and job planning systems, and will work with the Medical HR Specialists, Trust Appraisal Leads and Medical Directors to ensure that the Trusts meet their obligations regarding GMC revalidation requirements.

The post holder will advise on queries on job plans and how these are recorded onto the electronic systems. Under the direction of the Medical HR Specialists, the post holder will also assist in the coordination of Job Planning Consistency meetings, Doctors and Dentists Negotiating Committee meetings, ensuring that deadlines are met and that activities are planned in a timely and effective manner.
