About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a variety of needs. You will work in an inclusive environment that focuses on personalized support and holistic development. Full preparation and support will be provided, including a meet-and-greet session and a trial day.
Areas of Support:
- Primary & Secondary Support
- PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
- Complex Needs & ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Details:
- Start Date: ASAP – Flexible openings
- Contract Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
- Pay: £85-£95 per day (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support for students with SEN
- Work alongside teachers to create personalized learning plans
- Foster a safe, positive environment for emotional and social growth
- Adapt resources and activities to students’ learning styles

- Passion for supporting young people with SEN
- Previous education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
- Patience, communication skills, and resilience
