My client is seeking an experienced and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Surrey.Known for delivering outstanding legal services, tailored advice, and building lasting relationships with our clients, we pride ourselves on excellence and professionalism.
About the Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of private client matters, including:
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Trusts
- Powers of Attorney
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Tax Planning
This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years' PQE in private client work, excellent technical skills, and a genuine interest in delivering a high-quality, client-centered service. You'll join a supportive and collaborative team where your career development and professional growth are encouraged.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of private client law
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing your own caseload with autonomy and professionalism
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide holistic advice
- About You:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years' PQE
- Proven experience in handling private client matters
- STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
