Role Overview

We’re expanding our core team with a Quantitative Analyst & Developer – Trading Systems, someone who combines strong mathematical modelling ability with pragmatic software engineering and a deep curiosity for markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain quantitative trading strategies and tools across crypto, FX, and futures markets
  • Build and optimize high-performance automated market making and execution systems
  • Work with traders and researchers to prototype, test, and productionize models for pricing, volatility, risk, and execution
  • Contribute to core trading infrastructure: data ingestion, order management, strategy engines, analytics, and monitoring
  • Use AI and modern ML tools (including LLMs) to accelerate development, improve prediction, and enrich tooling
  • Perform empirical research, back testing, and performance analysis using historical and real-time data
  • Integrate new exchanges, protocols, and data sources into the system
Requirements
  • Able to deliver working projects and solutions effectively and quickly
  • Postgraduate degree (MSc/PhD) in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematical Finance
  • Strong software engineering skills in C# (or C++ or Java) with experience writing robust, performant, and scalable code
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and trading workflows
  • Hands-on experience in a bank, trading firm, hedge fund, or market-making environment, ideally with exposure to traders or risk managers
  • Familiarity with derivatives, yield curves, pricing models, or risk analytics
  • Able to balance theory with practical implementation under real-time constraints
  • Fluent English language ability (written and spoken).
Preferred / Desirable Experience
  • Familiarity with crypto, FX, or futures trading, including exchange APIs and market microstructure
  • Understanding of order book dynamics, liquidity provision, and latency-sensitive systems
  • Practical experience with data analysis, time series, and statistical learning
  • Exposure to cloud computing, containers (Docker), or distributed systems
  • Working knowledge of machine learning, AI assistants, and/or LLM integration for code generation, data summarization, or signal extraction
  • Experience in numerical optimization, stochastic calculus, Monte Carlo methods, or PDE-based model
