The Role - Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager to drive store performance and achieve KPIs
• Lead by example to motivate and inspire your retail team
• Ensure excellent customer service across all touchpoints
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, and store operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Step up to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager

• Experienced in a supervisory or Assistant Manager position within retail
• Confident, energetic, and passionate about people and customer service
