The role:
- 7 Recruitment are currently looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers for a client we are representing in the Halifax area. Due to an increased demand from the client, we are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Driversin the Halifax area, on a temporary to permanent basis - The client you will be working for specialise in waste management and recycling. The client has stated that a strong backgrond withiin these areas would be desirable but not essential for the role
Requirements:
- Professional experience driving an HGV Vehicle
- No DD, DR or IN convictions on licence
- Ideally a background in waste management / recycling
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with appropriate category for operating a HGV Vehicle
- Proven experience as an HGV delivery driver
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to navigate using GPS to locate delivery addresses.
