European Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Group sales and PE Accounts:

  1. Prospect new Sales PEA business and contact potential new clients for the EU Division
  2. Prepare and distribute PEA, National and Local agreements according to the corporate procedures
  • Not only contacting and sending to clients all the information they request but also solving all the Sales team questions and issues related to the agreements
  • Communication and follow up with PEA clients regarding business with each EU cafe
  • Attend Regional Sales Calls to support the EU S&M Regional
  • Give support to the Finance teams with outstanding GS invoices
  • Ask for the fiscal information, send it to our Director of Accounting and do the follow up.
  • Support Online Tour Operators, reviewing and updating accordingly all the platforms

Sales Reporting:

  1. Run reports in Sales Force to track ROI
  • End of month reports (FITs, Miscellaneous, T&T including and PEA)
  • Create specific templates to track sales result
  • Xmas Season (Thanksgiving, Halloween, LMB, BWS and NYE)
  • Collect information of the 23 Cafes about any sales initiatives from the S&M EU teams
  • Put together a weekly Barcode, Discount and Group Micros Key request
  • Sign up local Cafe Teams to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, monitor and report usage, train and share Best Practices
  • Coordinate Link2Ticket, run reports and negotiate conditions

Trade Shows:

  1. Support all the Corporate, National and Local Trade Shows
  2. Contact person between the vendor and HRC
  3. Recaps with feedback of the S&M Managers who attended and put together a final overview
  4. Be present in some Trade Shows in order to support the local teams and also meet new clients to work with us in a European level

Extra responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate regional sales procedures
  2. Collateral material, Rack cards, Brochure plan follow up.
  3. Assist with everything related sales agreements, collateral printing, presentations & revenue reports.
