Account Manager - IT Consultancy

Location: Hybrid (Warrington office); national travel to client site
Package: £25,000 - £28,000 + £5,000 car allowance + commission = OTE £40,000
Selling: IT Services, Infrastructure, and Solutions

The company are a leading IT Solutions and Services provider specialising in modern forward thinking solutions. As they are scaling the business, this role is key in providing account management to existing customers as well as building new relationships with new clients. You will use your communication and negotiation skills to grow your portfolio as well as use your creative skills to find and build new connections.

Key Responsibilities - Account Manager
  • Provision of exceptional customer service; the foremost requirement within our responsive business
  • Lead on the full sales cycle, from first customer contact through to contract signing
  • Account management and continuous engagement within valued long-term relationships
  • Customer enabling vendor engagement and relationship management
  • Accurate feedback & forecasting supported by ambition to exceed sales figures and targets
  • Lead generation and liaison with marketing and company representation
Requirements -Account Manager
  • Experience of client relationship management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach
  • Ideal experience in the IT industry or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Full driving licence and vehicle
