Position Details:
- Location: Various ProCook Stores
- Work Type: Part-time (flexible hours)
As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary mission will be to ensure they have an enjoyable shopping experience by assisting them in selecting the perfect kitchenware for their culinary endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and assist them in finding desired products.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and advice.
- Encourage sales through engagement and relationship-building.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Process transactions and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for kitchenware and cooking.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
