About the role of Assistant Site Manager
You'll be working with a 5-Star house builder working alongside a team on timber frame units, based in Greater Manchester. They have built an enviable reputation in the housing sector, specialising in new build affordable and spec housing developments.
Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager- Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
- Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.
- Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.
- Coordination and progress meetings.
- Ideally from a trades background having made the move into management, you will have gained some practical site experience to date.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
- £40k - £45k + car allowance
