As a Care & Support Worker, you’ll play an essential role in supporting clients in their own homes. You’ll help them maintain independence and quality of life through the following tasks:
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medication Support: Ensuring clients take their prescribed medications.
- Home Help: Cooking, cleaning, and general housekeeping to create a safe, comfortable environment.
- Companionship: Providing emotional support and fostering positive relationships with clients.
No experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who have the passion and commitment to make a difference, and we’ll provide the rest.
- You have a genuine desire to help others.
- You bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work.
- You’re a great communicator and can connect with people on a personal level.
- You reside within 10 miles of Nantwich/Crewe.
- You have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
