What You'll Be Doing:
- Building relationships with clients and candidates that truly make a difference.
- Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent while smashing sales targets.
- Learning the ins and outs of business development, negotiation, and recruitment strategy.
- Becoming a social media whizz for candidate resourcing.

Entry Requirements:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
- Commitment to a full-time role and an 18-month apprenticeship.
