Guildford - Cleaning Area Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Area Manager to join our team in the Surrey area. This role is pivotal in ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are consistently met across multiple sites, including schools and other facilities.

• Conduct regular visits to schools and other sites to inspect cleaning standards and ensure quality compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide cover for cleaning duties when necessary, including during staff absences.
• Monitor and record employees’ hours worked to assist with wage preparation.
• Organise and oversee deep cleaning schedules throughout the year.

• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Flexibility to work weekends occasionally and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in cleaning management or a similar role is highly desirable.
