ACCOTS Apprentice Administration Assistant

Following supervision and appropriate training the Apprentice Administration Assistant will be expected to efficiently undertake basic administration and clerical duties, this may include the following: To assist in arranging meetings, including associated arrangements and booking rooms.
To provide support with the maintenance of stock, supplies, and equipment monitoring and ordering. To add and update shifts of clinical staff and general rota management. To assist with the booking of training sessions and preparing resources for trainers.
To provide support for staff with photocopying, scanning other admin tasks. To develop the knowledge skills and confidence to accurately input data to enable the use of statistical data to inform future development of the service. Ensure confidential information is kept securely at all times by locking cabinets and locking their computer screen when not in use.
Attending and taking part in meetings as appropriate and regular reviews with the Line Manager. Be responsible for reporting faults in office equipment to the appropriate contacts. Monitor the team mailbox and to forward relevant emails to the appropriate person if necessary, or deal with queries yourself.
