Learning & Development Advisor – Supervision | East London NHS Foundation Trust
Reporting to the Associate Director for People Development (ADfPD), the post holder will support the implementation and ongoing delivery of the Trust wide supervision system and approach.
This will require them to understand the requirements for all elements of supervision and work with the wider People Team and a range of stakeholders including ProfessionalEducation Leads, DMT Leads, HR Business Partners, External suppliers and staff, to ensure the system is delivered to meet the requirements set.
The post holder will be required to co-ordinate the ongoing project, deliver training as required, support the creation of training and co-ordinate its delivery, generate appropriate reporting and action plans, system monitoring, and process documentation
Co-ordinate the project materials required for the ongoing delivery of the supervision project
Support the elective learning team to deliver and evaluate training courses to support supervision
Work collaboratively with the professional education leads and their teams to develop and co-ordinate training for supervision
Deliver training for all types of supervision as required to support the elective learning team.
Support the team to build and implement PowerBI reporting for supervision reporting
Provide reports and data on a formal and ad hoc basis as requested by colleagues
Monitor the ELFT Learning Academy Mailbox for issues related to Supervision and respond to staff in a timely manner.
Create and review on an ongoing basis feedback and listening mechanisms for the supervision process
Work with the communications department to implement an approved communication plan for supervision
Support the People Development Team with the implementation of their broader activity, including but not limited to the elements of the ‘Let’s Talk About You’ framework.
Support the ADfPD with cross team projects and activities as required and professional requirements.
