IT Engineer, North-East - £40 + Bonus

We are recruiting for large organisation with sites across the North-East of England for a multi site engineer..
As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance/troubleshooting to their staff, using various Microsoft technologies such as 365, Azure, Windows, AD, and Server OS. You will also help them maintain and improve their cyber security measures, such as firewalls, web filters, advanced protection and recovery systems.Additionally, you will work with cloud technologies, Hyper-V, DNS & IP, and back-up solutions such as Veeam.
To be successful in this role, you need to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a multi-location business environment.
You also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-oriented attitude. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn new skills and technologies.
