About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 2 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care within a general practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing chronic disease clinicsAdministering vaccinations and immunisations
Assisting with wound care
Collaborating with a supportive team to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements:
Valid NMC registrationExperience with SystmOne system
Strong clinical skills and experience in general practice nursing
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
