Site supervisor
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a committed and organised Site Supervisor to manage the academy premises, ensuring the health, safety and security of all pupils, staff, parents, Trustees and stakeholders, including contractors and visitors. You will have the ability to maintain the internal and external fabric of the school premises as a safe and secure working environment, liaising daily with the Operations Manager and Headteacher.You will also demonstrate that you can effectively monitor contracts and contractors and liaise with all stakeholders to co-ordinate the use of school facilities by community and commercial users, including managing bookings, marketing of the facilities and completing the necessary compliance checks via the online booking system.
The Site Supervisor will be the central point of contact for visitors using the facilities to address their needs and resolve issues as they arise.
