The company specialises in delivering façade systems, fire remediation, roofing, and curtain wall solutions for live and occupied sites, acting as a principal contractor for commercial and industrial projects nationwide.
Design Manager Salary & Benefits- Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (DOE; higher for fire remediation experience)

- Leading the design process for façade and fire remediation projects.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop compliant and efficient designs.
- Managing design timelines and ensuring alignment with project schedules.
- Overseeing the use of design software, including AutoCAD, to produce accurate drawings.
- Ensuring designs meet all relevant building regulations and safety standards.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in façade systems, with a preference for fire remediation experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and cladding systems.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required.
