This role entails recording the Officers' time and attendance in the absence of shift team leaders, as well as monitoring their appearance and equipment.
Working with the Assistant Security Manager is crucial to address the team's needs during office hours.
You will be responsible for making rota adjustments and requesting relief staff outside of office hours as needed due to unforeseen operational demands (such as in response to a serious incident) or to cover for staff absences (including sickness, non-attendance, or emergency leave).
