This opportunity has been newly-created as a result of ongoing growth at this award-winning, privately owned Developer. They work across new build and heritage redevelopment schemes. Their teams work collaboratively across commercial, technical, and build enabling quick decision making and a positive working environment.

Job Description

As the Design Coordinator you will work with the Design Manager on this mixed-use development to deliver townhouses, apartments, and commercial space. Based in Bristol or Bath, your key responsibilities will include:- Coordination with the design consultants for the delivery of stage 4 information

• Support of subcontractor procurement and the technical coordination of design information
• Assisting the build team with site queries and generating solutions as required
• Managing statutory approvals and 3rd party approvals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Design Coordinator should have:

• A degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a developer or contractor.
• A background in working on RIBA stages 3 onwards.
• Residential experience and RC Frame experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and good commercial awareness

• A competitive salary of between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
