We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background and experience in educational settings to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to address facility needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications or licences are a plus.
