- Previous Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is often preferred1. This could include working on assembly lines, operating machinery, or handling raw materials.
- No Formal Academic Requirements: Generally, there are no specific academic qualifications required2. However, having GCSEs or equivalent can be advantageous2.
