Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Provide tailored support to children with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to cater to the specific needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to foster a supportive and effective learning environment.
  • Engage students with innovative and interactive teaching methods that enhance learning and enjoyment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, contributing to their overall development and success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant or in a similar role with transferable skills.
  • A robust understanding of and dedication to supporting children with special educational needs.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to go above and beyond in aiding children to achieve their potential.
  • Must possess a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
