The Role:
- Planning and assisting with the delivery of events from concept to execution.
- Take charge of event logistics from start to finish using Monday.com to manage timelines and track progress.
- Liaise with exhibitors for the sale and supply of banners, TVs, modular stands, and more.
- Collaborate with speakers to gather slide decks and coordinate their transport and accommodation.
- Work closely with venues to secure insurance documents, RAMs, and handle scheduling and logistics.
- Prepare crew call sheets and book accommodation for event staff.
- Support the production team with the technical run of the show and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
- Attend project calls alongside the account manager and client to ensure seamless execution.
About You:
- You MUST have experience organising in-person or hybrid events (ideally conferences or exhibitions) and be able to take ownership of the event’s exhibition side.
- Agency experience is a plus, but we’re open to in-house event managers, admins, or coordinators who can hit the ground running.
- Familiarity with Monday.com is beneficial but not essential.
- Exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are a must.
- A passion for events, a love for the fast-paced industry, and the ability to problem-solve on the fly.
- Strong written communication skills are essential.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5:30, with some longer days during event seasons (spring and autumn).
