Support the Sous Chef & Head Chef in daily kitchen operationsAssist in the preparation and execution of fine dining menus
Ensure consistency and excellence in food presentation
Maintain high standards of food safety & hygiene
Train and mentor junior chefsWhat We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fine dining or Michelin-level kitchen✅ Strong passion for high-quality, seasonal ingredients
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent attention to detail and plating techniques
✅ Food safety and hygiene certification (Level 2 or above)
