Job Duties:
As a Cover Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. Your duties will include following lesson plans, maintaining discipline, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students.You will need to effectively manage classroom behaviour and engage students in learning activities.
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
A relevant educational qualification or equivalent experience
Experience:
Prior experience working in a school or educational environment is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications in Education or relevant field
Working Conditions:
You will work full-time hours on a contract basis in an educational setting. The role may require flexibility and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
