Part Time Bookkeeper

Previous experience in a bookkeeping role, with proficiency in SAGE 50 and CIS is essential, along with a background in the construction industry. Duties: Manage and process payrollPerform bank reconciliations and maintain financial recordsOversee purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring all transactions are processed correctlyHandle credit control duties, including chasing overdue paymentsPrepare and submit CIS and VAT returnsManage the CITB Levy process and ensure timely submissionsAssist with month end and year-end financial processes and reportingSupport Contract Managers with invoicing, payment certificates and financial documentationMaintain and update financial systems Experience: Strong experience in the construction industry is essentialProficiency in SAGE 50, particularly with payroll and CISExcellent PC skills, including advanced proficiency in MS officeStrong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail Refer a friend and you will receive a retail voucher of your choice up the value of 500.
