Are you passionate about education and looking for a fulfilling career?We’re looking for a dedicated Student support coordinator to join our supportive team at Aylward School.
You’re someone who’ll be able to:
- Provide pastoral care, guidance and routine advice to students as appropriate.
- Lead on the preparation of parents evening along with the Student Support Administrator
- Support and deputise for the Director of Learning when necessary, attending tutor team briefings.
Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our students receive the education they deserve. You'll provide invaluable support to delivering an excellent education to every child, in every classroom, every day.
You’re someone who has:
- Experience in motivating students and promoting high expectations with students.
- Ability to promote a positive ethos and role model positive attributes such as patience, active listening, empathy and care.
- The ability to be able to think creatively and innovatively.

Based in Edmonton, North London, Aylward School was established in September 2010 and is an 11-19 learning community with over 1,000 students on roll, including a thriving sixth form. Aylward is situated within a diverse and vibrant London community.Many of our students have English as an additional language, and a significant proportion are entitled to the Pupil Premium. The School is currently rated as GOOD by its last Ofsted inspection in July 2021.
