- 20 hours per week (ideally 5 shifts of 4 hours)

We are one of the market leaders in student accommodation and we’re looking for a friendly and reliable House Keeper to join our residence team in our state-of-the art student accommodation in the heart of Portsmouth.
You’ll be responsible for keeping communal areas and rooms clean and tidy and deep cleaning vacated rooms & kitchens where required between tenancies. Excellent attention to detail is needed to ensure everything is highly presentable and in tip top condition for the students that live with us.
Responsibilities:
Along with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.
Qualifications:
- Experience within a similar role where cleaning and safety is a priority
- Eye for attention & detail
- Friendly and approachable
- Can-do attitude & initiative
- Able to communicate effectively with people
- Responsive to any queries
- Willingness to go the extra mile
