Role Summary:

Anthropologie UK is looking for a highly organized and proactive PR & Events Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with strong initiative and attention to detail, eager to support the PR & Events team in promoting Anthropologie across digital media.

You will assist in coordinating PR campaigns, events, and collaborations to drive brand visibility and engagement in the EU market.

What You'll Be Doing:

PR support:

  • Manage press sample requests, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking of all samples sent out.
  • Respond to imagery requests and maintain an up-to-date press image bank in collaboration with buying and studio teams.
  • Monitor and manage media coverage, tracking press mentions and preparing coverage reports.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and key media contacts.
  • Support the PR team in pitching stories to media outlets, ensuring timely, consistent and engaging brand messaging.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Keep press contact lists updated, ensuring strong and effective communication with media professionals, influencers, and event partners.
Events support:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events, press days, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
  • Liaise with external partners, including PR agencies, event organizers, and suppliers.
  • Attend events as a brand representative, ensuring smooth execution and a memorable experience for attendees.

What You'll Need:

  • A strong desire to learn and grow in PR and events, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and Anthropologie as a brand.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with high levels of initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
  • A positive, social, and outgoing personality, with a natural ability to build and nurture relationships.
