We are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established multi-disciplinary practice based in Cambridge that work throughout the UK designing and delivering projects that range in value between £5m-£30M.Our client have a diverse portfolio so the successful Senior Architectural Technologist will get the opportunity to work on residential, sports & leisure, student accommodation and extra care projects. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will work across all RIBA Stages, so experience across all Stages is important.
Our client are a Revit using practice, so prior experience with the software is important.
Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Work on projects across all RIBA stages
- Technical detailing
- Run projects
- Produce high-quality drawings on Revit
- Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses
- Going to site and producing various reports
- Good knowledge of Revit
- High technical standard
- Project running experience
- Experience working across all RIBA stages
- Live within a commutable distance of Cambridge
