Teaching Assistant
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and working with students.
Your duties as a Teaching Assistant:
- Assist the classroom teacher in preparing and delivering lessons
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Assist with classroom management and support students with diverse learning needs
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and other activities
- Support the development of educational materials and resources
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading and record-keeping
To be considered for this Teaching Assistant position, you must have:
- Experience working with children or in a classroom setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
