Machine Operative

Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a new opportunity in Bacup?

Our client is looking for three Machine Operatives to join their team. Training will be provided on specific aspects of the job, but a background in Machine operation is essential for this role.

The hours for this role are rotating shifts Monday to Friday 0600-1400, with early finishes on Fridays at 12pm.

You will work 35.5 hours per week and be paid £13.15 per hour.

There is the opportunity for the hourly rate to increase to £14.30 per hour once permanent.

This role has the potential to lead to a permanent position after 12 weeks, depending on performance, timekeeping, and attendance.

As a CNC Machine Operative, your responsibilities will include operating machinery, operating saws and drills (training will be provided), manual handling, and quality control.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
