Product Marketing Manager - Maritime Technology

The Opportunity:Pole Star Global is looking to bring onboard a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the team, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Product and Marketing teams, driving the success of our flagship products- 'Podium' & 'PurpleTRAC'.
This role would be an ideal fit for a seasoned SaaS marketing professional with experience in the maritime industry and a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and campaigns. Analyse data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Solid number of years experience in SaaS product marketing, preferably in the technology/software industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS products.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel on occasion (with notice).
- Experience in the maritime technology industry would be a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
- Base salary £55K-65K (DOE)
