Full time class teacher
We are looking for teachers who are able to fully support the Headteacher and school team to provide the best start to our pupils learning journey.
You will:* Have a passion for making a real difference- Have a proven track record of closing gaps in attainment and achieving strong pupil progress
- Be able to establish productive, supportive relationships with staff, pupils and families
- Be hardworking, calm, reliable and resilient
We are also committed to eradicating unnecessary paperwork including changing our planning requirements and shortening annual pupil reports as well as admin demands.
What you will need to succeed:** You will need to hold QTS and a PGCE** Experience working within a Primary classroom
** Good behaviour management and organisational skills
** You must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a DBS through Hays
